Meet Phil Falzarano

I am a full-time Realtor serving all of Wake County and surrounding areas, with a special focus on Southern Wake. Whether you’re buying, selling, or renting, my priority is ensuring you have a seamless and stress-free experience.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 10 years owning and operating a successful pizza and Italian restaurant, “Upper Crust Pizza.” That experience sharpened my negotiation skills and, more importantly, reinforced my commitment to top-notch customer service.

I’ve been married for 20 years and have two daughters, ages 14 and 11. My extended family moved from Southern California to North Carolina two decades ago, and we’ve embraced everything this beautiful state has to offer—especially camping trips at Jordan Lake.
